Have you attempted to register the license key for the product using either Customer Connect or the Support Forums? Make sure you are logging in using your VMware Customer ID and Password. We don't want to help you with your email account with the same login information as your VMware Client Connect account. Please contact VMware Support with your Client Connect login information. I would like to confirm that you have an entitlement to purchase the product or to redeem your existing license key.

The embedded client is used to allow a customer to connect to the VMware Cloud on AWS, VMware Cloud on AWS On-Premise or VMware Cloud Foundation services. You may serve the client on the VMDC Web Services interface. To connect to an instance, download the embedded VMlink client onto a personal computer, and then open the client. Then, start the client in the browser. When the VMlink client displays a blue box near the address bar, you are now connected to VMware Cloud on AWS.
